Normal period of warranty is one year date of invoicing.

If one or more stipulations of these general terms and conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final judicial decision, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.

All the clauses contained in these terms and conditions, as well as all the sales transactions referred to herein, shall be governed by French law. Any dispute or litigation relating to its application and interpretation shall be referred to the Commercial Court having jurisdiction over the registered office of BAMO.
