- For monitoring the grease layer thickness in separators according to EN 1825-1, EN 1825-2 and 4040-100

GAD 531 and probe GP/10 are designed for monitoring grease-water separators. The probe GP/10 detects when the thickness of floating grease is overpassed.The GAD 531 signals the status of the system with 3 LEDs:

Normal operating - Current alarm - Alarm occured; Still not reset

The alarm device has an auto-diagnostic of the probe, detection loop and of device integrity.
An audible alarm is built-in the unit. The buzzer may be disabled through a jumper if necessary.

Components of one system:
- Alarm unit GAD 531
- Detection probe GP/10 (cable output, 10 m long)

Caution:
Not suitable for greases in emulsion neither semi-solid / solid aggregates !
