The NIVOPOINT magnetic float level switch is used on liquids for switching level points (high and low) or for triggering alarms (emptying, filling).
The NIVOPOINT series is only recommended for non-viscous liquids that are not sticky and do not contain any magnetic particles or suspended solids.
Switches located in the tube are activated by the magnetic float. As it passes, the contacts change state.
Installation and recommendation:
If access to the tank is available, the float can be installed from the bottom of the NIVOPOINT controller (lower stop to be removed).
If no other access is available, it is recommended to provide a 2" connection to allow the float to pass through.
Quick installation:
The height of the contacts is determined prior to manufacturing in order to facilitate on-site installation and ensure the positioning of the contacts in relation to the installation plan.
