The MUDSonic sludge level monitoring system consists of the MUDSonic MF control unit combined with the MUDSonic TS immersion probe.
Measurement is based on the principle of ultrasonic absorption.
The probe detects the solids concentration in the medium using multiple ultrasonic signals.
The immersion probe is installed at a defined height in the medium and switches a limit value when the selected sludge density is reached.
The switching point and any required delay time are set on the control unit.
