Dear customers,

To return a product to the After-Sales Service, please follow the procedure below. Any non-compliant return will be refused.

1 — Download and complete the documents

To ensure that your return is processed quickly and safely, you must:

  • Complete the After-Sales Service return form;
  • Complete the decontamination certificate if your equipment has been in contact with fluids, such as liquids, chemicals, bacteria, viruses, etc.

⚠️ Warning:

  • These certificates must be visibly attached to the parcel.
  • Without these certificates, BAMO reserves the right to return the equipment at your expense or to charge for cleaning.
  • The documents must be fully completed and attached to the parcel. No return will be accepted without these documents.

2 — Preparing the parcel

Carefully pack the product in suitable packaging to prevent any damage during transport.
Attach the documents — the After-Sales Service return form and, where applicable, the decontamination certificate — visibly to the packaging. Use a transparent pouch if necessary.

3 — Sending the parcel

Send the parcel to the following address:

Use a reliable shipping service to ensure secure and traceable delivery of your parcel.

4 — Awaiting confirmation

Once we have received your parcel, our team will inspect and process the product as soon as possible.
In case of doubt, please check your carrier’s tracking information or contact our departments.

Examination fees for your device

This information only applies to equipment returned for assessment and where the warranty cannot apply, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Following the assessment, if the warranty does not apply, a repair or replacement quotation will be sent to you, valid for 1 month. A purchase order is required to approve the repair quotation and initiate the refurbishment procedure.

Case no. 1: If the quotation issued following the assessment is expressly refused, the examination fees will be charged to you.

  • For samplers, the examination fee is €120 excluding VAT.
  • For other devices, the examination fee is €70 excluding VAT.

Shipping and packaging costs are additional.
Payment must be made before any goods are returned.

Case no. 2: If the quotation is accepted, the examination fees will not be charged.
