The MAGTOP allows you to instantly view the liquid level in a tank thanks to two-color magnetic flaps that pivot when the float passes through the measuring column.

The MAGTOP 801, 803, and 806 models are made of plastic materials (PVC, PPH, or PVDF) suitable for chemicals and corrosive fluids. Their robustness allows them to be installed on hazardous products such as bases or acids.

Operating conditions
The standard model is suitable for pressures up to 6 bar (see pressure/temperature diagram). For use beyond this limit, it is necessary to use the model with reinforced welded joints.

Reinforcement and modularity
For installations where the center distance between process connections is large, intermediate support brackets can be added to the measuring tube to reinforce the attachment to the tank. To facilitate assembly or meet transport requirements, MAGTOP units can be manufactured in 2 or 3 parts.

Manufacturing drawing
Each MAGTOP is manufactured according to a drawing that must be approved prior to production. For each MAGTOP, it is necessary to provide the operating conditions and connection specifications:

• Fluid nature
• Density (kg/m3)
• Pressure (bar)
• Temperature (°C)
• Center-to-center distance (mm)
• Connection size (Nominal Diameter)
• Accessories (see below)
