The OV 16 flow meter is particularly suitable for measuring the flow rate of highly viscous fluids such as syrup, oil, or detergent concentrates.
DESCRIPTION
The device contains two gear wheels driven directly by the fluid. Every full revolution represents a fixed, known volume of liquid. Each wheel has an embedded magnet that, when passing a Hall‑effect sensor, produces pulses whose count is proportional to the flow rate.
PRECAUTIONS The Mini/Maxi flow ranges may vary depending on the viscosity, temperature, and pressure of the fluid. Below is a reference with cola syrup:

The fluid must be free of solid particles that could interfere with the wheels.
