  • Suitable for pipes from ND 15 to 3000 mm
  • Low pressure drop
  • Designed for liquids and gases
  • Reliable, accuracy ± 1%
  • Excellent repeatability
  • Fast and economical installation
APPLICATIONS

The DEBIX probe may replace advantageously other primary flow sensors as Venturi flow rate probes and orifice plates.

DEBIX probes are suitable with liquids such as water, chemicals, oils, and gases. We do not apply these models with steams or heated fluids.

The probe may fit any kind of pipe such as carbon steal or concrete pipes, of any shape (circular, square or rectangular section).

DESCRIPTION

Upper stream: measuring of Total Pressure (TP) equal to the sum of Static Pressure (ST) and Dynamic Pressure (DP), through four inlets allowing an average measurement along the diameter.

Down stream: measuring of Static Pressure (SP) through the fifth inlet.

From the connecting head, the differential pressure is then in direct relation with the flow rate.

COMPLETE MEASURING LINE

The DEBIX probe will be completed with connections, adaptors, manifold or valves and a transmitter according to the process parameters (on request).
